Chris Lerma, his wife Wendy, and three little girls: Kamdyn, Willow, and Meadow, joined the Milestone team in 2016 with almost 20 years of ministry experience in Lafayette, LA. Chris has spent his multifaceted ministry life serving the local church in Louisiana as a Youth, College, Next Gen, Associate, and Executive Pastor in addition to five years in Director roles at Master’s Commission Leadership School.  

With an education in Youth Ministry from Global University, Chris helps oversee our McKinney campus at Milestone by providing leadership to each team for services, events, and leadership development. Chris is relentless in his pursuit to see people discover their identity in Christ and live out their God-given purpose.
